What counts as a drafted reply?
Each draft Rejoina writes for a customer message counts once, whether you send it, edit it or hand it off. Replies you write yourself are free.
What happens when I run out?
Drafting pauses and your inbox keeps working as a normal inbox. We email you at 80 percent so it never comes as a surprise.
Can it answer from things that aren’t in my help centre?
No. If no article covers the question, Rejoina says so and passes it to a person. That is the point.
Do customers know a reply was drafted by AI?
Every reply is sent by a person on your team, from your address. You decide whether to mention Rejoina in your signature.
Which help centres can I connect?
