It only knows what you’ve written down.
Connect your help centre, policies and saved replies. Rejoina reads them every night and whenever you publish a change. If a customer asks about something none of them cover, it says so instead of guessing.

Draft
Every fact in a draft points to where it came from.
Each sentence that states a fact carries a small number. Hover it and the paragraph it relied on lights up next to the draft, so checking a reply takes a glance, not a search.

Human check
A person sends every reply.
Your team edits a word, hands the question to a colleague, or sends. Questions that need judgement skip the draft and arrive with a short summary of what the customer asked and what they already tried.
